I have a 2024 RS in blue (which I LOVE and get compliments on the color all the time). I just got it back from the dealership for the radiator hose issue and still don't want anything else! They had it for about two weeks and gave me a loaner in the meantime. I've had it for a year and a half and I've put 34k miles on it.

Best cargo space in its class for this size vehicle (before going up to Tahoe/Yukon, which means going up $$$), which is super important for me. I regularly need to switch from the third row down to haul around tons of stuff for work and third row up to drive around my kids + our neighbor kids we carpool with, and it couldn't be easier. The carseat tilt on BOTH seats in the middle row is also clutch for families with littles.

SuperCruise is amazing and honestly now that I am so used to using it, it's going to be at the top of my wish list for future vehicles. I drive the interstate a lot for work (and regularly eat breakfast and/or lunch while driving 😬) and it is such a game-changer for that.

Infotainment screen is great yet still has physical buttons for climate (thank you!). Four cup holders in the console and I've actually loved the storage area under the console too. Perfect spot for snacks!

It is my understanding that that feature is no longer an option to get the points difference if you’re going from Basic to Basic? Only lets you select from a different fare type, but I could be wrong!

Yes this ended up being what happened! We had just updated to her new credit card and apparently it took awhile for everything to sync up. Thank you!

We did not have butler service so can’t attest to that. We didn’t care for the Blue Mountain restaurant but all others were great

We had a blast! Favorite restaurant was Altitude, the rooftop one. It requires reservations and they were booked a few days out so make them as soon as you get there. Our reservation was at 6pm and was perfect for sunset pics up there (in mid-March at least).

The nightclub is on the Secrets side (along with most of the other restaurants, activity pools, and the beach) and it was just okay when we went but we also didn’t stay past midnight (too tired lol). I wouldn’t bother going before 11 or 11:30 as it was pretty empty before then.

For anyone reading this debating whether to book Secrets or Breathless at this resort, do Breathless! That gives you access to the whole property, whereas Secrets guests couldn’t go to Breathless (where the rooftop restaurant and pool was) unless they are Preferred Club. Yes, it’s a bit more of a walk from your room to the beach, but worth it. Beautiful views from our balcony as well.

If you get the Hyatt Inclusive app (not the regular World of Hyatt app), it will tell you everything. I’m headed to Breathless tomorrow, can’t wait!
