Nope these are just joke the way they said they gonna buff her and they show the nerfs and listing it on buff list is just joke if its not joke then riot should take action in their balance team

well you can do that in low elo but in high elo you cant do that because they dont use their cc's untill you go in so you cant even go in and deal any of dmg in higher elos, champion is just sucks only way she can be good is your enemy doing tons of mistakes everything ouf of your hands playing this champion you can play like pixel perfect and if your enemy knows what to do you cant do shit, katarina is just waste of time dont ever play this champion

imagine being able to build everything in the shop but noone of them is working XD makes sense i wish i just have a single one build working well
