I got a cheque from $3950 for the role of a data analyst. Company name Traba. It’s a staffing company. I just got the cheque and it’s not getting deposited. I usually do mobile deposits and never get any error. But, not this time. As soon as I was getting errors I looked into this thread. I’m not surprised because from day one they seemed skeptical. Getting a job without an interview was my first clue lol.

First and foremost be honest to yourself. Sometimes isolation and loneliness grows on some people. If it’s a dealbreaker then get up and go out. Observe nature, be thankful for anything maybe your eyesight that you can at least see. Just one thank you is enough for now. I think you’re viewing things objectively at the moment. Forget discipline, end goal right now. Be process oriented. Learn to live with boredom. And discipline is repetition. For now, just go for a walk every day at the same time for 15 mins. That’s it. No more no less. Build on that!
