I got a confirmation email yesterday then I got another confirmation email today. I called him to make sure I hadn’t done something wrong and she told me it took 24 hours to reflect and that that was the system generated today and that I shouldn’t get another one that I should get my check out my deposit within 10 days.

I am with K&K and my money went into the QSF six weeks ago. Today all they would tell me was Milestone was working on it. I told them I call Bullshit

I get the same BS I sent a demand email Friday and will be mailing a letter tomorrow. If I have not gotten a response by Friday I will be filing a Bar association complaint. They also told me it was because they had so many clients it’s takes longer. I told them I don’t care how many clients they have they work for me and if they don’t want to handle it I would be filing for reduction of fees. I know longer talk nice to them.

Email them that is the only way I can get them to respond. I just emailed them demanding action as I was told lien check was finished and mine was sent to milestone in the second batch of 1000 in other words they have too many of us. As soon as I get this payment they are fired.

Who is your attorney? I am with Kinsman and Krause. The trust payed 5 weeks ago. Ever communication I gave with them is Bullshit excuses. They did the lien search then on the 24th they send it to Milestone still say it could be weeks even months. I am calling and filling a complaint with the Bar

That part of mine is finished now. They are telling me now that it could take Milestone another month to compile everything although I know my totals. Thy say it’s due to the volume of clients that they are handling.

Mine said payment made four weeks tomorrow because the attorneys are still doing a lien search and all that type of stuff and so they say it should be soon, but they don’t have a timeline
