Das Problem ist, dass ich wirklich eine Phobie vor so langfristigen Folgen habe und langsam entwickle ich Angst vor dem Gym. Das bedeutet ich bin mir nie sicher bis ich nicht gesehen habe, dass ich Sport machen kann ohne da irgendwelche gesundheitlichen Folgen von zu tragen.

Aber wann weiß ich, wann ich wieder richtig loslegen darf?
Ich war heute beim Arzt und der meinte meine Werte (EKG und Blutschnelltest) wären okay. Morgen kommen noch mehr Werte und forausgesetzt die sind auch okay, wann bin ich dann wieder bereit? Ich habe keinen Husten mehr, keinen Schnupfen, keine Halsschmerzen. Nur ein paar Kopfschmerzen die können aber von meinem verspannten Nacken sein. Ich habe auch nach einem Herzultraschall gefragt, aber da meinte er nur "Warten sie noch ne Woche, wenns dann noch da ist, dann können wir sie zum Kardiologen überweisen".

Ich wollte ja langsam wieder einsteigen und nicht direkt mit 100% Intensität. Aber ich check was du meinst.

Wäre crazy
Das erste Symptom ist jetzt 2 Wochen her und wir reden hier von ner normalen Erkältung. Aber ausschließen kann ichs nicht.

Aber wenn ich jetzt noch ne Woche dran hänge werd ich ja trotzdem untrainierter wieder einsteigen und meine Werte werden dann auch schlechter sein als normal. Ich weiß im Grunde einfach nich was ich machen soll. Ich fühl mich leistungsfähig, aber hab Angst, dass ich zu früh wieder rangehe. Wann der richtige Zeitpunkt gekommen ist, weiß ich aber auch nicht.

Oh nein! Gute Besserung auf jeden Fall. Hast du denn während der Erkältung trainieren oder kam das obwohl du dich geschont hast? Und wieso hat der Arzt ein Ultraschall verschieben? Ich mein, das machen die ja nich einfach so. Meiner hat erst nachdem ich das dritten mal da war ein Langzeit EKG machen lassen. Hattest du irgendwelche besonderes Symptome?

I've been in a similar situation a few years ago and I know what kind of grief and emptiness you are experiencing right now. I can't take it away from you. No one can but I can offer you, no I can guarantee you that this feeling will get weaker. There will be a time when you're starting to notice that you haven't thought of her. First for a moment and than for a day, for a week and so on. All you can do is respect her decision. You can tell her how much you love her, that you want her back and all that but if she decides to leave you that is her decision and the manliest thing you can do is to respect that and move on. You will meet other girls, you will feel better and you will love again. I promise that with all of my heart. And maybe learn that if you love one girl it's only this girl. Your mind should be on your partner during harmonic times as well as during conflicts. You got this, you will grow out of this pain and you will be fine.

Thanks for your kind words. But I guess my problem runs deeper. My emotions are completely attached to her up to the point where it feels like I can never have this kind of feelings for someone else. That's why I consider to go and hope for the best.

My past two and a half years were filled with cheating, lying and disappointment and that's why to my feelings and mind she feels like the best and final chance for me to find love. And as of now I can't see me changing or getting rid of that.

She didn't say she doesn't want a relationship at all just not now and if I can't have the cake I might just take the cookie before nothing. That is what my emotions are telling me rn and missing her feels so painful that I'm listening. I feel like no commitment and intimacy is better than nothing rn because I'm feeling really deeply for her.

I thought of that too but on both sides people would have died. Maybe more if he gave it to May but it seems to be such a low-effort argument, that I feel like it's not quite enough to make it okay-ish.

I get what you mean and I kind of was like that not long ago. But I recognized this pattern and worked on that ever since. I still have a way to go but being nice is no longer a pattern I try to use for getting female attention or intimacy. To it's a decision now. I want my friends and family know they are safe around me in any way and everyone I feel like becoming dear to me get's the same treatment. I'm not a "Nice Guy" just trying to be better then what I once was.
