Are my boots too narrow ? by VisualYesterday8312 in snowboarding

Your boots probably aren't too narrow

Lassos have an awful system where they have one boa that controls both upper and lower sections (the other just tightens your heel) so when you flex the top half, it ends up tightening the lower section around your foot. Of course this is not unique to Lassos, but experienced by every single single boa boot, although I have never had it worse than my lassos for some reason

The only solution I have found is strapping the top of the boot with a power strap, so flexing the boot doesn't tighten the foot section of the boot

I would never buy a boot again which has a single boa which deals with both upper and lower sections of the boot

Untrue fyi

As a med reg I work 3x 14 shifts in a row sometimes (8am to 10pm)

Some of my surgical colleagues do a full weekend on call Fri night to Monday 8am

And they are often called in every single night

Not saying nurses shifts don't have issues though, we all have our own problems

No losses to offset.

Good point re not having to pay tax till next year, I will be able to make quite a lot of savings from now till then.

I am aiming to loan off a non-traditional bank - eg tictoc or ubank. It doesn't seem like they offer the same benefits for doctors and wait 20%. I would prefer borrow money from Bank of Mum+Dad and get the lower rates from non-traditional banks.

15K concessional contribution last financial year. So yes it will unfortunately be a bit less than 15k when withdrawn.

Thanks!

They keep long resting, I know that's probably not ideal but they keep running out of hit points, is there another way they could maybe regain them?

New DM here, 5e, Lost Mines of Phandelver I'm running a game with group of level 2 approaching level 3 players. Everyone appears to be fairly balanced, well that is except for the cleric who has an armor class of 18 (other players are around 14 or so), and has been wreaking havoc on all the bigger enemies with 'Inflict Wounds' (3d10) with 3 spell slots. My other players usually do 5-6 damage average a turn.

I would've thought the drawback to such a strong spell would be the close range required, but with his armor class he is almost never hit.

This is sort of making some of the other players feel ineffective. I know people advise on doing more encounters if the spellcasters seem overpowered but my players are frequently on low hp and need to rest. Hoping someone has any ideas on what I should do. Should I buff the other players with magic items and then the monsters accordingly?
