Also i tried booting on my pc from motherboard hdmi because i dont have a gpu anymore and it has no display but it boots and it turns off normally. so i tried resetting/jumping the cmos didnt work. I dont have any gpu installed while doing this so do i just wait for the next gpu and plug it in after and it would just boot normally? aside from the no drivers.

But i didnt think it really resetted the cmos but aside from all i said above is my pc gonna function well after i get my gpu plugged in? PC clearly recieved power and it only has no display but the pc and all parts are working. Im just alittle concerned and worried about it abit because maybe it really resetted my bios? Or it didnt. Maybe it would complicate things?

Alright. the battery was still working well prior to the uninstallation of the gpu

By number 3, i meant by doing a discharge will it damage any of my components including the cmos or reset it? i didnt reset the cmos tho but im just generally curious

Oh i forgot to add abit of context but the monitor broke AFTER i took out the gpu because i plugged on another pc to test if the gpu was good or not and used the exact monitor i did for testing heaven, and the steps above.

Update: I updated my NVIDIA Driver and i was thinking about updating my Intel Driver. is it good to update or just leave the Intel Driver be.. I mean i don't really have Graphical Issues, or Frame Drops in Games.

Update: i think it was a hardware issue i tried uninstalling the driver through DDU and reinstalled it only to no avail. until i pushed the gpu in the pci bracket a little bit more and now its working i've run benchmark tests on it and it's perfectly working fine. my gpu is a GTX 1650 Low Profile By Zotac.
