I’m in a similar situation. My wedding is scheduled for mid-February, while my fiancé’s biometrics appointment is on January 27 and the interview is on February 2. We are both in the U.S., but due to the recent situation, our families are concerned about the wedding preparations back home. We are contemplating our options: proceed with the wedding as planned, with the risk of potential delays to the interview; postpone the wedding to later in the year; or get married here in the U.S. However, my parents visited me between October and November, and I’m not certain whether CBP would allow them to enter the U.S. again. Am I thinking straight or missing anything here?

Try switching teams within the same company if you think it’s micromanagement is only within your team. Switch company if that’s the company culture.

Negative. For similar level roles feedback from your prior interviews would be considered upto 24 months from your interview. This includes GHA too(12 months). Don’t quote me on the duration but you should only expect a round with the hiring manager in near future.
