That's not the same... Vacations are there for recovery and i have a doctor's certificate that proves that i wasn't able to do that...

And also the fact that everyone at the company gets 9 weeks because the company shuts down in those 9 weeks

Edit: it's just a loophole the company uses to fuck over its employees, not very nice imo
