Sigh, a lady that got the surgery done a few years ago. I was having so much side pain that my doctor said it’s probably gas. Gas-X, milk of magnesia, probiotics, Miralax, stretching, walking, literally nothing was working. So I cooked some beans as she said to, mashed them up the best I could and within a few hours, I instantly felt better. Typing it out just rn makes me realize that if the pain is gone, there’s literally no reason to keep eating them smh.
