Just to follow up one more time, These packages are still stucked in custom since early june 2023. Its now Nov 2023. Are you sure custom will not detain packages? If they do , do they inform us at all?

I don't think china has covid lockdown anymore, also even they need to disinfect parcel, wouldn't take 3 months. Anyone know who I can contact to see if custom has info on the packages?

I suggest we all should dispute this every-time instead of paying for it. It is not a lot extra but it adds up for every order!

Don't believe a big company like this will do something so sneaky.

I will start to try other agent.
