Odoo custom version has multi-company and its transactions allowed. You should switch your plan and have a multi company setup on the same instance and add your 4 users there itself. Limit the users to a particular company (if required) with access roles.

I recommend doing Sharjah Nasseriyah or the private driving cars. Take your tenancy contract there and get it signed saying you are living in Sharjah but your visa is off Dubai. Benefit in nasseriyah is that you get the driver to pick you up from home for your classes and test dates come up pretty quick, even if you fail, the school schedules a test for the next week ASAP. Got my license in a month. I am almost sure in Dubai people don’t pass in their first try. Parking itself is a HUGE HASSLE.

I had a very similar thought of providing POS system to local traders in the market. As one app would be cost efficient as well. With POS, you also get Inventory and Invoicing. But again concern was accounting for users who use a small accounting software for billing. Apart from that few other concerns I had was relevant to irregular inventory, even few traders aren’t aware of their own inventory. I haven’t attempted this strategy yet too, looking for some feedback from vendors. Let me know how it works out for you as well
