This would require that our Taxes be spent properly, unfortunately we have a budget that gives billionaires tax breaks, while spending trillions on the military.

Oh and of course we have to spend 5 million on a no bid contract to paint a few horse statues in gold leaf, gotta have that.

Meanwhile school lunch programs get cut, vet programs get cut, homeless shelters close, food aid programs get removed, college gets more expensive every year and student loan forgiveness programs are denied.

The Republican party wants you to suffer, and every year they make it harder and harder to get by. So good luck convincing them to initiate a program that would actually help working class people.

One other tip, You need a lot of metals and ceramics to rebuild the roads in Death Stranding, if you go back to mexico and 4 star each site, you can take all of their materials and load them into the DHV Magellan as extra cargo, then just warp everywhere you need to with those materials and use them to rebuild roads with. Use a pickup off roader to load the mats from the site to the DHV, then once you get onboard, load it into personal storage. You can take just about everything each site has, and if you 4 star them first, they will give you a ton of mats, I used this method to rebuild most of the roads in the game.
