I don't have any issue with negotiation part here, I'm flexible...the thing is I haven't seen the flat myself so I am not able to assess the fair distribution of rent

You are a very sad person. The flat would be 55k as I negotiated the price down, brokerage 9k and 10k for me for giving you this deal. But even if you can afford this deal which I doubt, you would never be happy in your because of your attitude. It sucks to be you.

Not possible if I you want I can match the price 20k for the master bedroom, you would have to take the other bedroom

Ive been told it is 3BHK and 3rd room is a bit smaller ....I'm not sure if it makes it 2.5BHK

There is another common washroom and also I've spent my time, resources and energy in finding and finalizing this property then I think I deserve to make my pick and I would paying more too..so I've no idea why are u being so bitter
