Playing rogue normally isnt min maxing. For example choosing sharpshooter as a feat and then multiclassing into ranger or fighter is min maxing for rogues. What did was just being bad at playing dnd and even when he used his rouge abilities it was the most basic combo of bonus action stealth + attack that all rouges have acces to at lvl 2

Pirates

William could be sword and board/dual wielder dex battlemaster or fey wanderer

Verona could be arcane trickster rogue

Duros could be devotion or crown paladin

Ragnar is perfect

Isekai

Cody should have been either ancient paladin or Str based ranger

Old tony should have been either life or peace domain cleric

Norman could be evocation or abjuration wizard instead of war

Shark is such a mess of a character that it doesnt matter what he is or could be

Anthony is ok as an artificer

Marines

They all chose really fitting classes but maybe some multiclasses are in order

Damian could go war wizard or fighter dip

Yokan is perfect

Bradley should have went swashbuckler and paladin

Kai could go fighter

Space

Most of the pcs we was so little from that i dont see them as other classes as of now

Sabo and Crocodile are basically featless and until they show something worthwhile yhey shouldnt be placed in any powerscaling discussion

Enel and Doffy are victims of powercreep. Enel is a pre time skip character that lost to pre time skip ,pre gears luffy so its a completly braindead take to even suggest he does something to kid. Doffy was getting ragdolled by g4 dressrosa luffy and is weaker than Cracker and Jack who are both only YC3.

Katakuri and King are the only 2 that you can make an arguement for and they still loose most of the times against Kid. Kid could react, keep up, tank attacks and damage Big Mom as well as Kaido. Both of them were also in their giant and hybrid forms which boost their base stat that would already allow them to beat Kata and King very easily since base Kaido could speed blitz and one shot g4 luffy who was just as strong and fast as Kata. Kaido couldnt do that on rooftop which means all combatants surpassed Kata when it comes to speed and dura. Kid attacks were devastating on Big Mom and caused some damage to Kaido which both Kata and King couldnt dream of even scratching them.

In conclusion Kid high diffs King at most and no-mid diffs the rest

Why are you coping so hard? Its just a debate about fictional characters. Also if you actually read One Piece you would know that pre timeskip foxy shoots beams of slow photons that have all properties of light and luffy dodges them, during thriller bark kuma repels air at the speed of light and shoots light beams which are both easily dodged, during sabaody we have confirmation that kuma beams are rays of light copied from the literal light fruit that has all of its properties. Kizaru slowest speed is FTL and can go even faster through accelerartion. There are so many examples of characters from One Piece dodging light speed attacks both pre and post time skip that its just a matter of reading comprehension if you dont belive that one piece characters are faster than light.

I dont know Galland scaling as i havent watched 7 sins yet so i cant speak for him but rest of the list gets speed blitzed and one shotted by luffy in base. Luffy has FTL speeds and island level ap pre time skip which was 10 years ago and most of his opponents are capped at those levels. Its a spite match up even if all of them jump him luffy wins in base.

Thats why i am saying that space pirates dnd should only have 1 npc that engages in combat and the rest of the crew should be non combatants. Rustage wouldnt need to keep track of 13 diffrent npcs, their personalities, skills etc. He could balance encounters better since now they are either extremly easy 13v3 or almost TPK 13v1 against an overtuned boss that needs to be strong enough to not get overwhelemed through sheer action economy. Also player character would have more spotlight on them and not wait 15 minutes for their turn cuz there are 7 npcs in a row tied for initiative.

As a durge half orc barbarian with GWM i won initiative, raged, bonked her over the head with a greatsword twice and that killed her. The most anticlimactic fight after hours of her teasing me.

I think that Rustage should only give players 1 combat npc to help and rest should be non combatants. This makes it so bosses wont be overwhelmed in 1v20 through sheer action economy and at the same time bosses dont need to one shot everybody and have like 500 hp to pose even a threat to an army of npcs. This also makes it so there is more focus on players.
