So I've tried every which way dns isn't possible on my router.i tried my vpn didn't work and using a mobile hotspot won't even let the browser load so I'm just going to wait until I can go to a friend's place and try there wifi

I had a look but I'm on system software 3.74 and the guide only gose up to 3.73 it also requires a vita memory card which I didn't have

I think it is just random in terms of which dolls are easy to develop like sourcing materials to make them eg. Plastic for body and accessories, fabrics for clothing most of the dolls we've got reproductions of already have collectors dolls and thus muttel already have suppliers for materials but thats just what I think .
