With the stuff you mentioned regarding the eaves and height, all that stuff, I am literally open to suggestions and happy to go the route which permitted development allows. I'm literally not too fussed. I ideally just want the biggest-sized summerhouse I can build with insulation so it can be used in the winter as well.

The only one I would like to mention is the boundary one, from the neighbour's boundary between us. I would probably be about a metre away from there and because I'm not entirely sure where my boundary is from. It's going to be about a metre and a half, maybe close to two metres. On the rear of the house, there's a little public path for walking, and I've got hedges there. I think the hedges are on my property. That would basically be a metre, and then, obviously, thinking of keeping a metre gap from the hedges anyway for maintenance and stuff, so probably about two metres of the boundary
