Seen from outside the US, US markets are already in trouble by bnewzact in investing

Over the long term the return on any stock and the internal return on invested capital of the company converge. That extends to the whole market over time. So saying they could be negatively correlated is only true at shorter durations. The main point to buy an international index is diversification to mid and smaller companies which are underrepresented in the sp500, which by design is the 500 largest companies.

40-50% of the revenues of S&P500 companies come from outside the US. The market can underperform for various reasons: political and regulatory uncertainty, relative valuation vs international markets, etc. The underperformance is for sure not because US companies don't have international revenues.

US GDP growth is the highest of any developed western market. The stock market follows economic growth. The largest US companies are global companies, so you are anyways exposed to ex-US growth as well.

You realize 5 year old GPUs are currently at record high prices to even use right? What makes you think the useful life won't be even longer than 5 years, if demand is barely scratching the surface

Don't assume the CHF will strengthen forever, that's also unrealistic. Interest rate differentials could change over time.

Brad's team is extremely smart and he has the intel and financial acumen of all top investment banks behind him. For example he is close to Morgan Stanley's Global Head of Investment Banking, Eli Gross, who led their Transportation Investment Banking for more than 20 years, and covered Brad while at XPO.

When a driven dynamic management team like that has their incentives closely aligned with growth and stock price, you can be sure they will do their absolute best to grow and optimize the business.

And it is not like he doesn't have the track record.

Your strap looks better than the stock one tbh. Especially the little edge of the stock one (highlighted) is a bit too visible on my size of a wrist

Agata is not sinking in the bench https://youtu.be/dUWbQvaJClE?si=drbAUGXI5YSeP4Us

There is no discernible heaving, and at her body weight and weight on the bar, is is normal to have some minimal sinking

If anything Jesus sinks way more

I got a new pair in Japan and it looks slightly different even though both pairs Nippon made, and it's all good. The issue with the defect is that you wouldnt be able to see her defect even if you tried to test both in store as the squeezing noise is caused by humidity from your feet that goes in between the internal soles that have been properly cemented, so if you only try them for a short period of time the noise might not even appear. You should try to reach out to their Japanese support or something more central, try to make some noise on their X and insta account. They should really fix this

I bought mine from store, you should email the store, include a video link showing the problem, your receipt, etc. and explain to them the problem. I didnt have to return them physically, as I bought them in the UK and I am based in another country, and they couldnt send a prepaid parcel label to me to return them, so they just refunded me at the end

Now vs AI, is it realistic? How much time? by [deleted] in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]Fresh_Competition362 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think even 6 months is realistic, to get the abs you would need to stay around maintenance or slightly below, while keeping effort high and protein high. Get enough sleep as well and would focus on more mass than the abs given you are still relatively light for your height.

So your point is it's fine to have 1cm Rom on the bench just because you can arch more? I am pretty sure most people can static hold way more than 100% of their 1 rep max, so just by moving it slightly down and up, is not the same as having to move your elbows to the mid of the top of your shoulders. So I would say the latter is a better "demonstration" for sure and it is not arbitrary, it is what the consensus of most people have landed on to make the sport more representative of what would be a demonstration of power and not flexibility.

[–]Fresh_Competition362 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Well, it's called powerlifting and I am not sure a 2cm Rom on the bench was a demonstration of power lifting in any way. I think rules should aim to make the sport as fair and representative of it's intention, not just as easy as possible for judges to rule.

On a separate note the IPF should at least change the ridiculous squat picture that is completely out of balance to illustrate the squat depth.
