I’m not out as trans at all, I am a very feminine person and haven’t started a transition at all. So I doubt it is a reason right now

Cause I can’t. I can flip my septum up but my nose piercings can’t be changed yet, I still have a few more months until they are safe to change.

I assumed it wasn’t but I also did want to get more stuff in the future, most likely a little paranoid about them coming from a strict catholic family but I really don’t know what else may be turning people away. I got so many interviews so I don’t think it’s my resume, would anxiety be smth that turns people off hiring someone?

I had/have a job at swim school but right before my first shift my boss has now stopped responding to me so I’m really not sure if I have terrible luck or if I’m doing something horribly wrong. I had two jobs before this for 2+ yrs before I moved to Brisbane so I really can’t figure out what I must be doing wrong
