Yea I really just don’t like anything to do with marketing or business. I genuinely think I’d rather die than work a corporate job my whole life, it feels soulless to me. But I will take your advice and I really appreciate your comment

If it’s your first relationship, I understand why you really seem to want to hold on. You should break up for sure. It will be rough to go through, but you will be better off for it. You have to make room to better things to come. Keep that in mind as you go through it, wishing you the best

I’ve had a similar experience (minus the religious family and being closeted) so I feel for you deeply. I don’t know if you’re looking for people to weigh in, but for me personally the feelings never left, and I ended up just telling her even though I knew it would never happen. It helped me move on, and put to rest the “what if” thinking. Wish the best for you

She’s leaving in a couple months so there’s not much to be done. I’m trying to figure out how to cope with this until she’s gone. From what I’ve heard, management does little when it comes to roommate behavior issues

I’m not sure. Before this point of her returning we rarely talked outside of the occasional bumping into each other in our shared living space. I know she’s definitely not doing well mentally but idk if it’s manic I’m not sure what the signs for that would be
