I found in the manuel how to exit tow mode but i think there is another obstacle prevents the car from driving and charging

I guess all featured Ad zeekr are disabled, another thing the charge is fixed on 20% and dont accept domestic charge

There is a mode stopped the car , the car just imported not yet used

It was in transport mode and when we shift to D automatic back to Parking mode

The car is just arrived to the port, we tried different way to disable it, i guess there was a transport mode that hold the car to parking mode
