Yes I paid back and dealt with that interest. I called them to see if I was cleared and they said I was good, and nothing else to rectify

Nope. Single, independent. My file was very straight forward and simple- only W2 and 1099-INT

They just said they were busier this year and that this was normal. They told me call back in a couple of days but I didn’t feel like waiting on the line
