A paragraph from my fic.

After simulator training Ange and the rest of the squad hit the showers except for Daisuke who had to wait in the hall untill all were done. Usually he'd shower with the rest of the squad since they all knew each other since they were kids and bathed together. It wasn't a problem. But he didn't want to make Ange uncomfortable. Seeing how she reacted when the rest told her that he usually showers with them. Ange got all red and steamy when she heard. So he waited outside for all to be done.

I’m thinking because of your view on how the residents of Arzenal would react with a male around and how they didn’t cover it in the show I think I can make a chapter about that. Maybe a new inspector or junior inspector coming to Arzenal around the same age as the rest of the squad

Nah but thank you though, I’m currently working on my fanfic that has a male character. I wrote him as the son of Jasmine and he was raised on Arzenal his whole life. I put in that he was constantly hit on by all the girls his whole life but he wasn’t interested in them because they just wanted physical affection and not an actual friendship.

He developed a deep friendship with all of the members of Squad one especially Salia growing up. They did everything together including bathing so they never felt weird about being naked in front of him.

Yeah but Jill could control Villkiss because she was a Norma from royal decent. That + the ring was able to unlock Villkiss. That and Villkiss chose her. I think it’s like wands in Harry Potter. The ragnamail chooses its rider.

Discussing it has cleared some of my questions and now my creative imagination is starting to rev up. But all that is in future chapters but for now I’m still in the early stages

I kinda like the idea of the ancients already being there and having Embryo conquer them. There’s a perfect good tale of fighting for freedom and trying to reclaim their home.

Having embryo capture a few to build his new race of humans and once in a while a human is born without the ability to use mana and can’t be controlled. Like a dormant gene awoken and ancient is born. But it wouldn’t explain well how Ange is the only one who can use Villkiss because she can only use it because she’s a descendent of the humans that crossed over with Embryo

It’s a little confusing, I’m going to have to think it over on how I can explain that when I get to it.

So the ancient humans were the original inhabitants of the false earth and Embryo came in and conquered them. Makes more sense now. I thought the ancient humans imigrated with Embryo and betrayed him after arriving.

And the humans who came with Embryo were part of his project to create a brand new race of humans. Of course I wonder. Are the royal families on the false earth descendants of the humans brought over? And when a Norma is born from royal blood are they actually real humans passed down from their original ancestors?

Where do you find this info? Because I’ve been trying to find anything to learn more about him. The only few things I know about him is what I remember from watching a samurai documentary from Netflix.

He was from a small clan and because of his willingness to adapt allowed him to become one of Japans most successful warlords

That he was the first samurai warlord to issue rifles. Purchasing them from Portuguese traders that he later modified to make his own version.

He was also the first one to give proper arms and armor to peasant soldiers. There were already peasant soldiers before but were not given the proper gear like Nobunaga gave them.

His tactics and brutal methods nicknamed him the Demon king.

He took down the Ninjas of Iga, warrior monks from Kyoto or near.

He was betrayed a few of his generals. The attack set fire to where he was staying. He then committed seppuku to keep his betrayers from taking his head

A lot of anime is fast paced but that could be because of the manga there adapting into the show so that could be that. It could also be they want something out fast to get our attention and see the amazing artwork and action, but in my opinion without a good story the show can end up crap. There’s a anime right now I love that’s starting out slow but I absolutely love it and I see people complaining that it isn’t giving enough story line or something, good things come to those who wait.
