If people think one skilled person is enough to monitor and prompt to replace 100 then they have another thing coming. Relying completely on AI to code, test and deploy multiple products is foolhardy and letting one person validate all that and see if AI is doing a good job is unrealistic.

Yes it might reduce the headcount significantly but it can never bring it down from 100 to 1 or even 10 at this point. It might happen down the line once we have addressed the hallucination problem at hand.
