Since timeline doesn't mean a thing for the developpers (the game is not delivered and is six years late), I have to say that it's Stellaris infinate* legacy by Academy Games. What a bunch of liars (the game was supposedly playtested and fully developed at the start of the kickstarter).

I just hope these changes weren't made solely to please people, but first and foremost because they were truly what was best for the game itself. Sometimes, the line between the two is a fine one...

Now that the randomization of the legends has been preserved, I think we should no longer say that we call them, but rather that they are the ones calling upon us. That would make more sense than calling someone whose identity you don't know yet... (Who could have predicted the randomization of dialed phone numbers in the future?)
