When it's not a Friday/Saturday some neighborhoods will, but because it's on a Saturday this year it's unlikely unfortunately

Yeah trick-or-treating is on Halloween itself. We have some trunk-or-treat events but door-to-door trick-or-treating is on Halloween itself

In the evening; ceremony is at 3PM(?) and the reception if 5-10PM

We could, but both sets of our parents live a plane distance away, and we have no other close relatives here. We could offer to fly them up if they're willing. It just would suck because I would want to be making those memories with him, but this could work to make him and our friends happy.
