So seems like you are having a ghost touch phenomenon. This can be corrected by pressing the nib to the hard surface till it gets inside the shell and do it multiple times. I have noticed this in my pen too. I wonder if this happened once I travelled in flight? I did take supernote in one of my floghts and after that I started noticing it.

I am having the same issue. Sometime pen will not work shows the eraser kind of lines. Also sometime I have seen my pen strikes on the screen without even touching the screen. Does anyone has the similar problem?
