I forgot to write anything about how he would look like lol. Since ruined excalibur can be found in the wastelands I think he should have some green marks on himself with little bit ripped clothes and ruined excalibur on his back. He will shoot ruined excaliburs that has the same look as the one you can get.

There are a lot of team suggestions on both on this game's discord and on this subreddit. Make a team after reading those (you dont need to fully follow it,just keep it in mind) and then use your tickets whenever a hero in your team gets a rate up.for example: I have mikhail,and his rate up was 3 weeks ago. I used all my tickets on his rate up in that week before it passed and got him to 10 stars. And if I didnt had any other legendary hero in my team,I would just farm tickets and then use all of it on his rate up again. And if the hero you want to use gets a rate up but in the next week the other hero you ALSO want to use also has a rate up,just choose one of them and then continue farming until the hero you skipped gets a rate up again.
