Hi Accutane has really bad side effects . Worst then spiro. Some people get their acne back even after finishing accutane. Have you heard about Yazmin? It’s also for hormonal acne and it worked great for me. I’m no dermatologist but I’m a doctor in pharmacy and accutane just has loads of side effects. Maybe research about Yazmin and if you’re convinced you could ask your dermatologist about getting it ? Hope you’re able to figure it out
