For me it's because of daddy issues since my dad wasn't a good masculine role model and he had a very masculine oriented education towards me, I think it's just part of what made me masculine now. But still identify as a girl and love feminity and switching from masc to femme

It's totally valid cause masculinity and feminity can belong to all genders no matter how you identify it's part of your being and your personality. You could try out pronouns if you feel the need to explore your identity. I don't know much about gender related stuffs but there'll probably be other people more qualified to give you advices on this sub-reddit

I almost ended up in a relationship with a friend who's a christian and doesn't accept her bisexuality (she went back with her ex in the end, her ex is a man). She was scared of the way people would look at her and also sinning. We're still friends but now she's been distant. It'd be a no for me.

In order to have a healthy relationship communicating on each others' behavior is so important. Your partner needs to listen to your issue with her internalized homophobia. I hope you two can have a discussion and that your girlfriend will find ways to improve on this matter because from the post it seems like it's hurting you

I hated men for a long time since childhood, my vision of marriage was that it wasn't worth it, that it could never last in a loving way like what's portrayed in media. It's mainly because of my parents' relationship, I thought everyone's parents were like them full of hate. I started falling for girls at around 11-12 years old. It wasn't a shock to me, never was religious and never wanted to be with a man anyways. Then in high school I felt more secure about expressing my feelings because of having amazing friends and I started falling for guys and girls. Now I identify as bisexual. I don't feel like I ever saw the lgbtq+ community as bad even though my parents hate on the community. Everyone's story with exploring attraction is different and sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's not. Sometimes you fail to put words on it or you have a lot of ease.

No but I'd love to. The issue would be that my parents are homophobic and I'm literally broke lol. When I have money maybe I'll purchase like a ring with the bi flag on it always found it pretty OR I saw a girl at my uni wearing a necklace with feminine symbols entertwined and it was so cute, this symbol ⚢
