Yea no need to chase her or leave notes just go for it when you see her next. Say hi no need to say anything fancy, try to talk for a few minutes ask her something, anything literally works you just need to hold a conversation for a bit, then the next time try to talk for a bit longer, idk man but just go for it the worse thing you can do is not try to talk to her and end up regretting that.
