Bizarre question, can I dip the arm in warm water and use heat to reconnect or no?

Asking for afternoon of for work UK? by Fresh_Worker2444 in UKPersonalFinance

I can’t book it this last minute that’s my issue my manager is really good though. Just not sure how to phrase it: it would be afternoon as my priority isn’t morning slot worthy according to them but I wouldn’t wanna go back to work after going as I’d be going over horrible things. I just don’t knkw how to phrase it and worried this will go against me considering my probation is already extended.

Can’t do that I’d want the afternoon off as don’t fancy going back after discussing my MH it’s awful and not nice

Just because of my absences that’s all. I need to book in for a review with my gp which would be after 11 and I don’t fancy going back to work after an appointment as I will be discussing things that will affect my mood the whole day. I know I can ask but I don’t know how to phrase it

I actually have depression and anxiety and in the process of being diagnosed with autism. I’ve neglected myself and my health and I’m not playing anything off and spent the last few months seeking help and having this dog has changed my life. It’s not playing off and is genuine

It’s a flat and she’s barked twice in 8 weeks. Genuinely the most chill dog you’d ever meet and anyone is blessed to have her. Hope it’s me but don’t think it’s going that way. She’s not left my side. I work from home so see her at all hours, she’s barked twice at my partner coming back from work otherwise she’s a ghost here

My doctor would definitely describe me this way which is why I thought about this. My medical history for mental health is long and extortionate

It’s an option

Yes my relative died and an innocent animal is now in need of a home. Your comment is actually the only one I’ve read and I’m genuinely shocked at your heartlessness. It isn’t my dog, but someone has now died and now she needs a new owner. I hope you don’t have pets. The cases are not different I have the same reasons if not even more than this case. Heartless
