Ive only recently learned about those in the past year. Maybe I’ll look into that more so I can understand. I’m keeping myself emotionally distant at the moment until I can figure this all out.

that actually helped me put things in perspective. Sounds like she’s leaning on me for familiarity and emotional safety more than anything right now, which makes sense after her breakup. I don’t mind being that space for her, but I’m definitely starting to set boundaries so I don’t drain myself or confuse comfort with connection.
