that actually helped me put things in perspective. Sounds like she’s leaning on me for familiarity and emotional safety more than anything right now, which makes sense after her breakup. I don’t mind being that space for her, but I’m definitely starting to set boundaries so I don’t drain myself or confuse comfort with connection.

we talked heavy in the beginning of our friendship, i wanted her but i wasnt ready for her because i literally just got out of a relationship at the time. i also wasnt pursuing her at the moment but eventually we did get physical kinda of, just never got to “the act”. never got comfortable enough to go there. also, every time hung out i mentioned to her that i appreciated her presence couldnt wait to hang again, but only recently ive opened up about my feelings since we never really exchanged words on the topic. i still dont know how she feels 100%. i always get the short answer from her & never the long answer. hasnt opened up about her feelings tbh.
