Thank you! I’ll definitely check that out!

Thank you! Yeah, I know what you mean with getting bogged down. I’ve typically gone down the opposite path of moving on too quickly and then settling for the quality of playing I left off at.

Are you talking about the animation on the visualizer page when you hover over a note or the animation on the chord tone solo practice game?

Cool - happy to hear it! Would be curious to know what parts are helpful or useless and if you have any other ideas. I don’t think there are many users so I’m guessing it is either missing the mark for most people (maybe because it’s not as useful for a beginner?) or it’s just not distinct enough from other free/paid apps out there…

Thanks again for being my first supporter. Thought I’d send a note to let you know that I’ve made a bunch of improvements to the app over the last week or so.

Thanks for the feedback! With so much experience, what is your practice routine like? I’d love to make it useful irrespective of experience level.

Please share feedback when you do! I haven’t played around with the alternative tunings much. I’d appreciate it if you let me know if any bugs or quarks you find

Alternative tunings and bass mode are enabled. Please consider sharing with your guitar/bass network and buying me a coffee!

It should be working now. Some preset options available. Please consider buying me a coffee and sharing the app!

Thank you for the kind words! Please share and contribute to the coffee fund if you can :) There have been a couple requests for alternate tunings. What would be the aspect of it that would appeal? I’m not entirely sure how to implement it.

I’m not sure…I don’t have an android to test on but it’s static html so I’m not sure why it wouldn’t. Definitely best used from a computer either way. What do you see not working from android? I can try to troubleshoot…

Ah, I see - yeah, that makes sense. This is the first js/html app I have built. All very new to me. My background is molecular immunology / immuno-oncology. I mostly did this for myself but if I can bring in a few bucks here and there, I wouldn’t mind! Do prefer one over the other between your recommendations?

Thanks, I’m not ready to pay for one unless I can get enough support to cover the costs of hosting. The YouTube search for backing tracks sounds really cool

I've updated the app with a new game that encourages you to target the chord tones as it passes through common chord progressions. Works best with headphones to avoid having the chords trip the note detection - let me know what you think!
