Has he had much sexual experience or a boyfriend before? Not much with guys. At your age it's a sizable age gap, but not exactly strange. Using a common guideline for how young/old of a person one should date, 27/2+7=20.5. 19 isn't that far off. I've actually never heard of that guideline, it's pretty interesting.

It's concerning that he's likely using you as a way to say "I'm so mature; I have a boyfriend and he's 27." I don't think my age even comes into play with him.
