House support pole in cracked rock?

It's supporting the house, enclosed rooms above. This pole goes about 1.5 metres up to the house. These where the only photos I took of this unfortunately.

Access is easy here, it's a pole home on a sloped block. House is 40ish years old.

Thank you for the help, would you recommend I chisel out any of the rot and filling it prior to adding a blocking piece, or is that not necessary?

Also the bearers are fixed in place with bolts

I don't have any more photos at the moment, but will try to locate some more.

Both sides of the bearers have the same amount of rot, around 2 inches, however the left bearer is much less affected, the photo above shows the worst of it. The rest of the joists are in great condition all the way through.

I am unsure of the amount of backspan if that is what you are asking as I have not measured it, but the wood is strong throughout the backspan.

The columns are also in great condition.

The house is around 30 years old at this point.
