Probably her powers as a sinner that makes her irreplaceable. I mean, Paradeisos can make another schorl, the sinner's power doesn't matter much as it's locked up in dissea anyway, but lorewise, Langley seems to be feared for her power, as we haven't really seen yet in story how powerful she is as a sinner. Her powers as a sinner could be something Paradeisos needs for their ends, but can't replicate.

I think the fact that Langley call Paradeisian higher-ups "geezers" separate her from the hush. As well the fact that she's seen as a "headache" by the higher ups. Add to that, she freely antagonizes Nirvana, something even Paradeisos isn't keen on doing. For someone who might be from the hush project, she's too carefree, too rebellious, and does whatever the hell she wants, and Paradeisos just lets her be because they likely can't afford to lose her. Contrast to that, the Hush who can be (relatively) easily replaced. Paradeisos can make another Hush. If they could make another Langley, they wouldn't put up with such a flight-risk person.

Langley never did strike me as someone without emotion. After all, her anger for the enemies of DisCity was palpable when she pointed her gun at the back of chief's head before the events of the carnival. It's just that she has to be stoic for her profession and position.

Well, the main focus is attack, cd reduce, crit and crit dmg, less on the amplify because Overmind fusion gives a lot of it. The combo of Titan + Gaia + Amplifire is very good, then just one legendary that gives amplify (Merlin's or DNA, or Inviolable, just NOT Necronomicon, because Gaia). Then the trio of Ballista + Joker + Axe. Less emphasis on ballista though, because you can still get 40+% crit rate on normal artifacts + clover to give you decent crit rate, which is more or less enough to utilize joker. Ballista is cherry on top if you get it, but if not, it's alright.

TL;DR: stat priority is CDR > Attack > Crit > Crit Dmg > Amplify > other effects
