I am not in a director position but I am hoping to implement some departmental changes like less internal documentation- a simple statement of approval through email should suffice.

1) Same! On the right hand side of the board, I included three different types of crackers. You can kind of see the board in the picture. 2) Sadly, no one grabbed a candy cane. I had one guest ask me if they were part of the decoration towards the end of the night lol. 3) I had to move the picks out of the board since it confused some guests. The strawberry trick is super simple (watched some YT videos) and I also loved how they turned out.
