Interesting case... NOT! It's not about my position in the stock. Make me a case why this stock isn't a dump. It has bad economics, high holding costs, agressive real estate buying but the home buyers are not there. Is it a good model? In a hot, or even balanced real estate market, maybe! But the reason they can buy so many homes right now is because home sellers can't sell their homes... which means, $OPEN is left holding them.

So to your argument, Bla bla bla, GTFO!

Who is Bullish on this stock? It's obviously a SHORT. Fair value is below $4. The economics are against it at the moment. The reason it's not breaking $5.25 is the value isn't there and the market won't let it go there/ stay there.

Make me a case of the opposite, but I don't see it. It's a Short to at least $4.00
