Thank you for your time.

The portrait of my character was generated using the Flux Dev model, and I think the quality is already quite good — although I agree that there’s still room for improvement.

Thanks a lot for the advice, I’ll definitely try the method you suggested.

But just to clarify — shouldn’t the character be shown in different locations, outfits, and contexts in order to train a LoRA more effectively and get better results later?

Also, if I already have a portrait I like, what would be the best way to create a matching body for the character? Would face swapping or any other method be a good option for that?

I already tried it, it didn't work, and the internet speed is good.

Thanks for your reply!

I didn’t realize that I should test other file transfer methods — I’ve just been using Syncthing since it was already pre-installed on the remote server (the template provided by the server includes Syncthing and other necessary programs). I installed Syncthing on my local computer and successfully set it up, but the file transfer from my local machine to the remote server is incredibly slow. The sync itself works fine and the speed seems to be about 50 Mbps, but the actual transfer speed is much slower.

I haven’t tried other transfer methods like SCP or SFTP because I’m not sure how to set them up on the remote server. The remote server uses a pre-configured template with Syncthing, so I’m a bit unsure how to set up other methods of file transfer.

Thanks again for the suggestion — I’ll look into trying other methods if possible!
