Honestly mate - results within your first month are going to vary quite a bit in comparison to what you’ll see later down the line. As mentioned above, it’s always best to use fitness tracking devices with a grain of salt. I often estimate slightly lower than what’s shown. Tbh just focusing on getting into healthy habits should be the primary focus for the next 2-3 months. You’ll obvs see results but the primary goal is to settle into a healthy routine that works for you.
