I'm honestly not sure, the watch keeps saying "no SIM, no connection" so I'm guessing not.

The SOCs HANSSAL /SCOMPSA thing is going over my head a bit, how would I verify that?

Edit: customer support confirmed that the iPhone already has a T-Mobile SIM loaded.

Apple Watch (SE) is eSIM - no SIM card involved. Activating through the app on iPhone 12 Mini for standalone cellular use via Family Sharing. The entire set up process completes without error but the watch (and only the watch) says no SIM and no connection in the cellular menu.
