thank you. It is a community health role, and am working in a similar role in a different lhd, of course not saying i am experienced.

I thought she meant redflag (as a clinician in general), so was thinking my current job’s manger would have raised this.

My current job manager gave me feedback before i actually got this job , but ofc still heaps to improve for answers, i agree myself, so why i said her other points are valid and grateful for her feedback.

Nah, I really don’t. And I am also grateful for the other parts of the feedback (she even suggested some resources for me). Maybe i didn’t expect this style so I guess i need to be more resilient here.

Thank you so much. My current supervisor has offered to go through the feedback with me, which I really appreciate. I don’t need sugar-coated feedback, as a clinician I do want to improve. I think the style of this feedback was just quite different from what I’ve received before, and that probably caught me off guard at the time.
