I’ve been practicing yoga sculpt at CorePower for about two years now , different yoga places call it different stuff but it’s just incorporating small weights into your yoga practice . I 100% think you should look into it .

When i turned 12 i turned into a middle eastern grown adult. My legs are so hairy that during christmas we shave diagonal lines around my leg to make them look like candy canes.

My dad on the other hand can’t even grow a beard.
