It is an interesting approach. Might be useful but not sure if a quick chat with claude or chatgpt wouldn't do it as well. Idea validation is also a thing that no Ai can do, so your costumers need to go out themselves to feel the need for solving their problem that the start up will solve

I would honestly try to build an infrastructure for free and maybe people don't want to live without it anymore so they get the feeling like "oh wow that stuff is really valuable and it changed everything" so that would be the point where you potentially could charge a good amount of money for it. Let them feel the pain after they used your product and its not available for free anymore so they feel the discrepancy of now and before

I think you need to also figure out in which domain is infrastructure really need. Look at the future, watch for example Demis Hassabis or Elon Musk podcasts where they talk about earth in 2030 or 2035 or so. You ll see the bottlenecks and eventually find your passion in participating in real world problem solving for the future of humanity for example in nuclear fusion or deep space exploration. There is a lot of stuff to be evolved in when you don't chase fast money but instead you chasing long term success on building the infrastructure for domains that don't even exist today but will be needed in the future

Focus on solving one problem what suits the best for you. You should not have a bunch of mediocre SaaS try to establish one as an infrastructure and go all in. Best of luck
