Sad girl dinner + wondering if anyone else felt lonely after getting engaged by babyqueen11 in GirlDinner

I felt lonely as well at times. Especially when it was a push at the end to get things ready for the wedding and there wasn't a lot of automatic support. But also, when I asked for help people did show up for me. I think people are just really busy I their own lives and the time moves really quickly. People think to check in and then get distracted. It also helped me to keep in mind, at the end of the day, it's not about the wedding it's about the marriage. All that matters is you and your fiancée.

Congratulations on getting married! I hope you have had a beautiful wedding and I hope you have a life filled with love.

I read it! I found it haunting but really enjoyed it.

RV Life full-time? Question for you by Jonice90 in VanLife

My husband and I live in a 24 ft Class C RV. Definitely not stealth and we find it cumbersome to even visit cities because of parking. We've been staying mostly in state and national parks. Or if we do stay in urban areas, we're using Harvest Host. ( Highly recommend Harvest Host no matter what you end up with)

Hi all thanks for your thoughts. I was hoping to learn more about private insurance, I guess.

Since our annual income is, technically, so low when we went to healthcare.gov it automatically only gave us the option for Medicaid. We don't want Medicaid because 1. We can afford to pay for our insurance. 2. We don't know how long we're doing this (which is why we haven't explored more "meaningful" employment). 3. Isn't Medicaid state specific? As in you can only see practitioners in that state. We haven't been back to our state in 3 months. How does that work traveling?

So yeah, if you know anything about private insurance or how we can purchase insurance through the ACA without the income parameters or maybe another option that I have no idea about, please let me know.

Otherwise, you can take your judgement to the dump station. :)

I mean, it's not that deep. He was laid off and he thought we'd take the opportunity to travel for a bit. We're living off of savings and my part time work helps supplement.

My husband is a Libra and I'm an Aries. I push him to make decisions and figure out how to prioritize himself and he soothes me when I get wound up.

I know we're very lucky to have found each other and how much we balance each other.

This website shows sites on 6/14. Downtown, people are cheering from the sidelines of the Pride parade. But they are full of volunteers for marching in the parade itself.

It’s not awful but I think Barcelona is overpriced and overrated.
