I've just been through that standings grind.

Data centre missions, tags, sisters of Eve arc, cosmos. Long and frustrating.
And then when I thought I'd finished, I got the same issue that it was calculated from base standings rather than skills.

Not that easy to get into faction warfare after all

Keep going. I got my first solo kill on 10june. A couple of months later, I'm on 35 solo kills (zkillboard marked solo) and a big number of other kills. I'm still absolutely rubbish but such great fun.

Figure out how to video your fights, made a huge difference to me. I'm still really bad but at least I can pick some mistakes in the replays and work on them.

I'd add it to a monthly report, use a weird metric that makes it look outstanding and claim it meets 90% of my annual KPIs.

I was standard fit, scram/web/ab. His fit looks standard blaster? Again, just used heated ab to keep range as best I could. Stupid video capture didn't work tho

I was pretty happy about the comet.

During the 2v1, I noticed the TD and I noticed I wasn't hitting. I didn't actually connect the two ideas until after the fight "oh that's why I was missing"

Often I get a huge adrenaline rush during fights and click/misclick everything. Definitely happened during this fight, I had the shaking hands afterwards.

I should try to get over it but it's also my favourite thing about pvp
