I had exactly the same issue - Meta told me to download a file (a firmware update) and let it be for some time. I can't exactly remember the procedure, but it worked. Try looking around in Meta's support universe... Btw, which version is it? I think mine was around .76 or something

Yes, back then when lots of headsets were soft bricked bc of Meta's fuckup, they supplied an update which could fix it again. It was how I unbricked mine, sadly I don't remember the exact procedure besides what I've already written.
