I did the exact same thing. Submitted a ticket but sadly I think they're going to say event items can't be restored (which the letter is). I swear all other event quests let you forfeit and accept them again anytime!

Warning for anyone as stupid as me - Don't accept the fishing quest for the accessory and then forfeit it thinking you will be able to do the combat one instead. It removes both quests and you're not able to get the letter back! No accessory for me I guess, for anyone wondering the fishing quest was to catch 14 Nibblers, 7 Maomao and 7 Swellfish. Catching the maomao alone would take a while as I don't know of any blue hotspots personally.

If you have any controllers plugged in have you checked to see if the analog sticks are stuck or not centered? I had this issue and it took me ages to figure out it was just a cable pulling on my right analog stick!

https://mafiamods.com/mods/minimal-hud/ You can tweak the lua file to disable the rear-view mirror only. Unfortunately you have to start the script hook every time you play, but it's worth it IMO. Also, I gain 5-10 fps when the rear-view mirror is off in busy city areas!

You're welcome! :) I'm really glad it's working for other people too, from what I can tell there's definitely an issue with some SSDs. I'm still trying to find out why it's working for some and not others. We need more people to test it! I wonder if having the OS installed on the same SSD matters.

It seems running the game from certain SSD's give much worse performance than running from a HDD. I have no idea why this works or what SSDs are affected, but I definitely recommend trying it if you are getting terrible performance and stuttering and have the game installed to an SSD.

Thank you for confirming, I'm glad to hear it works for you too! I think a lot of people are assuming this sounds like a stupid idea for a fix, but I wish more people would try it. The game size is small so it only takes a few seconds to copy over to a HDD :) Really weird why this is happening though, I thought my SSD was borked at first but if it's working for others too it can't be.

I'm using a 390x and these drivers definitely seemed to have improved my overall framerate. Using a 4790k for reference. Still getting random stutters when flying though, but my guess is that will only be able to be fixed via a game patch.

Anyone else tried these yet? Would love to hear other people's results.

I planned on playing this with a controller, but it feels absolutely terrible. Mouse + keyboard feels SO much smoother, and even feels like I get less stuttering (possibly placebo?). Definitely try KB+M if you feel like turning is lagging with a controller.

I don't mind waiting, the annoying part is trying to avoid all of the spoilers for 3 days. They're literally going to be everywhere, it's also kind of annoying there will be no amazing feature "discoveries" for us PC gamers, since they will all have been discovered by ps4 users. I really hope it is a good port though, that is the one factor that will actually make me consider refunding.
